You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any specific reason. Following cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Upon return, you will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Please note, the expenses for returning the product to our online store are your responsibility. Additionally, please handle the product with care and ensure it is adequately packaged for return. 


Certain product categories are exempt from returns:

  • Sealed products with broken seals.
  • Customized products made according to the consumer’s specifications.

In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product, promptly inform us within 14 days of receipt. We prioritize resolving such issues swiftly for your convenience. For expedited resolution, kindly email us a photograph of the damaged item within the specified timeframe.


For defective products, we offer a replacement or full refund for the initial instance. Should a replacement arrive defective again, a full refund will be provided. For queries regarding damaged products upon arrival or manufacturing defects, please reach out to our customer service team.
